ファーストフード店には行かず、手づくりの食事を基本としています。
テレビはほとんど見ず、タバコは吸いません。
使えるものは長く大切に使っています。日常用品の買い物は、ほとんどをリサイクルショップで行い、物を再利用する暮らしを実践しています。
現在は古民家を改修して住んでおり、昔ながらの住まいの良さを活かしながら生活しています。
また、野菜はできる限り自分たちで育て、季節に合わせた暮らしを大切にしています。

Example of Lifestyle (English)

We are living a simple life with a focus on owning fewer things and avoiding unnecessary purchases.
We do not go to fast food restaurants and mainly prepare homemade meals.
We rarely watch television and do not smoke.
We take good care of our belongings and use them for as long as possible.
Most of our daily necessities are purchased at second-hand shops, and we practice a lifestyle that values reuse and recycling.
We currently live in a renovated traditional Japanese house, preserving and appreciating the charm of old-style living.
We also grow our own vegetables as much as possible and value a lifestyle that follows the seasons.

We usually eat vegetables and rice but we have meat and fish if we are given it
