100% organic
No
We have an organic attitude of sorts, but we do not go out of our way to be organic or alternative, rather, we do what suits us at the time
We try to center our diet around vegetables we grow ourselves.
We also aim to live a zero-waste lifestyle by making full use of ingredients—food scraps are fed to our Silkie chickens or used as compost to return nutrients to the soil.
As much as possible, we do things DIY to support a sustainable and self-reliant way of living.

We are a small experimental farm aiming for partial self-sufficiency — a Japanese-style dacha.
Our goal is to create a balanced ecosystem where microbes, insects, animals, and plants can thrive together.
We focus on growing food for our family and community first, and any surplus is processed and sold at our on-site café.
This is not a commercial farm, but a place for learning, creativity, and gratitude for nature’s gifts.
If you enjoy hands-on farm work and exploring sustainable living, we’d love to work and grow together with you.
