年間を通して、ワインぶどうの栽培とワインづくり、そしてこれから本格的に始まる宿の準備に明け暮れる毎日です。

日々のごはんは、できるだけ手づくりでシンプルに。でも余裕がない日は、お惣菜やお弁当に助けてもらっています。たまに食べるファーストフードも、正直けっこう好きです。

昔はタバコが大好きでしたが、タバコ嫌いの妻のおかげで、もう15年以上吸っていません。
お酒、特にビールとワインは今でも大好きです。ただ、ついつい飲みすぎて翌日に響くので、気をつけながら楽しんでいます。

ワイナリーでは、ぶどうの搾りかすを堆肥にし、畑ではできるだけ自然に寄り添った方法を心がけています。
物を大切に、火を囲み、星を見て、たまにゆっくり語り合う時間も、大事にしていきたいと思っています。
Our days are filled with growing wine grapes, making wine, and getting ready to open our small guesthouse—it’s a busy but rewarding life.

We try to keep our meals simple and homemade, but on those extra hectic days, we’re happy to lean on store-bought bento boxes or ready-made dishes. And to be honest… we enjoy fast food now and then too.

I (the host) used to love smoking, but my wife really hates cigarettes—so I quit over 15 years ago. I still love a good drink, especially beer and wine. But I tend to overdo it sometimes… so I’m learning to pace myself.

In the winery, we compost the leftover grape skins, and in the vineyard, we do our best to work in harmony with nature.
We believe in making the most of simple things: caring for what we have, cooking over a fire, watching the stars, and taking time for good conversation now and then.

私たちに興味を持ってくださる方であれば、基本的にどなたでも歓迎します。自然や農的暮らしが好きな方、都会とは少し違う時間の流れを楽しめる方に来ていただけたら嬉しいです。

作業は農作業・醸造・掃除・炊事など、日々の家事を含む様々なことがありますが、私たちと一緒に考えながら、工夫しつつ取り組んでくださる方をお待ちしています。

宿泊スペースにはシャワー設備がないため、最寄りの銭湯かお寺のお風呂をご利用いただくことになります(100円/回、お願いします)。その点については、あらかじめご了承ください。

また、私たち家族は皆、日本語のみで暮らしており、外国語はあまり得意ではありません。ただ、今後の宿泊事業の展開に向けて、翻訳アプリなどを活用しながら、英語をはじめとする言語でのコミュニケーションにも少しずつ挑戦していきたいと考えています。言葉に多少の壁があっても、互いに尊重し合い、気持ちを通わせられるような関係を築けたらと願っています。
We welcome anyone who feels interested in what we do. If you enjoy nature, a hands-on lifestyle, and the slower rhythm of life outside the city, we would be happy to have you.

Tasks may include vineyard work, winemaking, cleaning, cooking, and other daily chores. We hope to work together with someone who enjoys thinking creatively and helping out in various ways.

Please note that our accommodation does not have a shower on-site. Instead, we will guide you to a local public bathhouse or a private bath at a nearby temple (¥100 per use – we appreciate your cooperation!).

Our family only speaks Japanese, and we are not fluent in other languages. However, as we move forward with our hospitality business, we’re eager to use translation apps and gradually improve our communication in English and other languages. Even if there is a language barrier, we hope to build warm and respectful connections through shared experience.

ウーファーの滞在場所は、ワイナリー敷地内にある土蔵を改装した店舗スペースの2階です。
エアコンはありませんが、夏は扇風機、冬は石油ストーブを使いながら過ごしていただきます。
古い土蔵をリノベーションした建物のため、虫が入ってくることもあります。

お風呂は、同じ倉科地区にある「健康プラザ」または「お寺のお風呂(一般住宅のお風呂)」をご案内しています。どちらも1回100円のご負担をお願いします。
WWOOFers stay on the second floor of our winery shop, which was renovated from an old earthen-walled storehouse (dozo).
There is no air conditioning, so in summer we use fans, and in winter we heat the space with kerosene stoves.
Because it’s an old building, there’s always a chance that some insects might find their way inside.

We will guide you to either “Kenko Plaza” or a private bath at a nearby temple (a regular household-style bath), both located in the Kurashina area. We kindly ask for a contribution of ¥100 per use.

【1日のスケジュール(目安)】
朝ごはん :セルフ(キッチン一部使用OK/食材は共有・相談しながら)
午前の作業:8:30〜12:00(ぶどう畑/加工/宿まわりなど)
昼ごはん :12:00〜13:00(ホストまたは交代制で用意)
午後の作業:13:00〜15:30(作業の続きや片付け)
15:30以降 :フリー

お風呂は徒歩圏内に2ヵ所あり、行き帰り山々を眺めながらのんびり15分~30分の散歩道をたのしむことができます

【生活ルール】

寝具・設備・道具は丁寧に扱ってください。
ゴミの分別:指示に従ってください。
洗濯:2〜3日に1回程度、お預かりして洗濯・乾燥できます ※衣類乾燥機にかけられない物はご遠慮ください
鳥の声や自然の音が近くに感じられるとても静かな場所なので、21時以降はご近所のご迷惑にならないようご配慮ください。

初日はどうやって行けばいい?
→ しなの鉄道「屋代高校前駅」までお越しください(※下車時は車内の手動ボタンを押してドアを開けてください)。

We are a small, family-run winery nestled in the hills of Kurashina, Chikuma City.
Here, we grow grapes and make wine while living in close rhythm with the land.
We hope your time with us will be rich, meaningful, and full of learning.

【A Typical Day】
Breakfast: Self-serve (shared ingredients / kitchen partly available)
Morning Work: 8:30–12:00 (vineyard, winemaking, guesthouse-related tasks)
Lunch: 12:00–13:00 (prepared by us or together on rotation)
Afternoon Work: 13:00–15:30 (finishing tasks, cleanup)
After 15:30: Free time

There are two public bathhouses within walking distance.
The walk is a peaceful 15–30 minutes, with views of the surrounding mountains.
(We can also drive you there if you’d prefer to wait for a ride.)

【House Guidelines】
Please use water and electricity with care — we aim for an eco-friendly lifestyle.
Handle bedding, furniture, and tools gently.
Follow our local rules for waste separation.
Laundry: Once every 2–3 days. We can help with washing and drying.
Please avoid bringing items that cannot be put in the clothes dryer.
This is a very quiet place where you can hear the birds and the breeze.
Please help us keep that peace — especially after 9:00 PM, for the sake of neighbors.

Don’t hesitate to ask questions. We’re here to help.

長野県千曲市の山あいの静かな農村で、家族とともにぶどうを育ててワインをつくっています。
秋の収穫と仕込みを終え、これからは畑とワイナリーの冬支度の季節です。

主な作業は、
・畑の冬支度(整枝・剪定・資材の片付けなど)
・春に向けた準備(道具の整備、ワイナリー内の清掃・整理など) です。
冬ならではの静かな時間の中で、次のシーズンへ向けた大切な仕事を一緒に進めます。

受け入れ期間について
・2025年12月中旬まで受け入れ予定
・年末〜2月上旬までは受け入れをお休み
・再開は2月中旬を予定しています

宿泊はワイナリー内のシェアスペース。
家族やウーファー同士が自然と打ち解けられる、あたたかな雰囲気です。

We’re a small family-run winery tucked away in a peaceful mountain village in Nagano, where we grow our own grapes and craft every bottle by hand.
With the harvest and winemaking season now behind us, the vineyards and winery are settling into their quiet winter rhythm.

This time of year, our work shifts to:
• Preparing the vineyard for winter — pruning, organizing materials, and caring for the vines
• Getting ready for spring — maintaining tools, cleaning, and tidying up the winery

It’s a calm and reflective season, perfect for those who enjoy hands-on work and the slower pace of rural life. Together, we prepare for the next vintage—step by step, with care.

Accommodations are in a shared space inside the winery,
where you’ll quickly become part of our warm, close-knit community of family and fellow WWOOFers.
