About half organic
No
We have an organic attitude of sorts, but we do not go out of our way to be organic or alternative, rather, we do what suits us at the time
Our lifestyle is based on agriculture. We use organic matters instead of chemical fertilizers and try not to rely on pesticides. I don't like to smoke. (Some workers like smoking). We usually fix and use old machineries because it's still usable. I often learn something new. Our meals are mainly cooked by what we produced.
  • General diet including meat and fish
  • We usually eat vegetables and rice but we have meat and fish if we are given it
  • We cook mainly Japanese meals
  • Our own grown vegetables generally
  • We usually cook homemade meals
  • We may eat pre-made foods from supermakets and department stores
  • We may buy obento (lunch boxes) at convenience stores and supermarkets
When we have a party or an event, we might drink with WWOOFers but these occasions are not so often

Hello all! We grow multiple plants such as eggolants, zucchinis, chili peppers, chinese green chives, potatoes, broad beans, cabbages, spinaches, pumpkins and so on. I launched MEISHO FARM 2 years ago. Before it, I was visiting many farmers around the world for 10 years. I went to New Zealand, Philippines, Thailand, United States, Germany and Netherlands to study agriculture. Back in 2017, I was WWOOFing in New Zealand and had the same experience as what you did in WWOOF. The experience makes me having my own farm. It is not easy to practice farming here so I want your support! Also, I like to talk with WWOOFers! Let's enjoy living with us!
WE ARE ACCEPTING WWOOFers
