70 to 90% organic
We have an organic attitude of sorts, but we do not go out of our way to be organic or alternative, rather, we do what suits us at the time
We live in a 40-year-old house that was more than 120 years old and has been self-built with the cooperation of many friends. Rice is cooked in a furnace every day and eaten together by the whole family. In winter, we use thinned wood to build a wood-burning stove using recycled wood, and we use a wood-burning bath and a solar-paneled water heater to take a bath. The toilet is a composting toilet. Food waste, fungus farming, and horse manure compost are used in the fields. Practicing living with horses, ploughing the fields, carrying horses, riding for children, and pulling horses. We have a free school with a family of friends. We also accept farmhouse guesthouses from the city and study abroad in mountain villages. We are hosting a CSA that makes shared rice with the people who have immigrated, which is made by hand by old-fashioned horses and people.

It is a house where people live a farming life, live in a self-built house, live with horses, and work to create a place for children to live with everyone in the community, and meet various people.
I don't have a smartphone and Wi-Fi, but I make a PC with a mobile phone and a wired LAN. The sewage is infiltrated in my own home, so I use environmentally friendly soap, shampoo, and detergent. Basically, you take a bath with a solar water heater and firewood.
