70 to 90% organic
No
We have an organic attitude of sorts, but we do not go out of our way to be organic or alternative, rather, we do what suits us at the time
We try to produce our food and energy by ourselves. The meat we eat are deer and wild bore that my husband hunt. We also raise chicken to get eggs and to eat the meat. (we don't buy any meat or egg). I do rice and vegetable farming. Our rice self-sufficiency rate is 100%. 30% for the vegetable. We have wood stove and do not use oil stove or air conditioner. We are in the 40s and we have two daughters(13 years old and 7 years old). We do our best to minimize the garbage we produce, we do not eat at fast food restaurants, we do not watch TV that much(but actually my husband is a TV producer), we volunteer a lot, we do not smoke, we recycle as much as possible, etc.

We live in the country side of Hiroshima, Japan. I do the rice and vegetable farming and my husband work as a TV producer and a hunter. There is a direct bus from our town to the city center of Hiroshima (very close to the A-bomb dome). It takes 2 hours. You can enjoy both city and country side. We welcome wwoofers from around the world. We have two children and would like them to have international experience.
WE ARE ACCEPTING WWOOFers
