We cultivate our rice without pesticides, cherishing the life of the microorganisms in the soil.
We are based in a spacious, traditional Japanese house—originally passed down from the village head to my grandfather and father—equipped with a piano and guitar. We are located near Mount Koya and just over an hour's drive from Shirahama.
We look forward to welcoming you with delicious meals.
On hot days, we work during the cooler morning or evening hours. During the heat of the day, you can take a break, go sightseeing, or visit the beautiful nearby river 🛶.
I am a vegetarian, but I can provide fish dishes upon request.
We welcome sincere individuals who have experience with brush cutters, enjoy gardening or carpentry, or possess musical talent!
In the near future, I plan to study abroad in an English-speaking country with my daughter for about two years and then launch an English language school or an international school; I am looking for recommendations on countries or assistance with the setup process.
I look forward to the possibility of doing wonderful, enjoyable work together in the future!
