I do our best to minimize the garbage I produce, I do not eat at fast food restaurants, I do not watch TV, I do not smoke, I recycle as much as possible, etc.

無農薬有機栽培は１５年前から、３年前からは不耕起の稲作・野菜栽培に切り替えました。ホストはワーキングホリデイの経験と通訳案内士の資格がありますので、英語学習のコツもお伝え出来ます。
・ホストは１人なので忙しく、説明や対応時間に残念ながら限りがあります。当農場に合うウーファーは、１人でもある程度自分で責任を持って考えて動ける人、自分から必要な作業を提案出来る人を望みます。勿論一緒に作業をする時は出来る限りのウーファーの質問に応えてウーファーさん達の当農場での時間を後の人生に役立ていただきたいと願っています。
・'24の不耕起稲作は田んぼ全面に刈り草を敷き詰めて草を抑えて土を肥やす作戦に決めました。冬の間にどれだけ大量の草と山の落ち葉の堆肥を作れるが勝負の分かれ目と考えています。
・もし刈り草で不耕起稲作が成功したら、これからは落ち葉や草を農家の厄介物と見るのではなく、宝物にすることが出来ます。どうか力を貸して下さいませ。

I've been running my farm just by myself. So, wwoofers at my farm are expected to be independent.
I make koji, amazake to sell. I make miso(when it's cold), nukazuke pickles,
umeboshi for myself.

不耕起栽培、農場独自の田植え前の草マルチで「草は宝物の農法」に２年目の挑戦中です。
日本人で、一泊二日、又は日帰り希望です。きょうあすからでも都合合えば手伝い必要です。宿泊環境が整っていないので泊まりは1泊が限度です。15年の無農薬稲作の経験と英語学習のアドバイス(英検1級,通訳案内士)が出来ます。
通いのウーファーを求めています。
無農薬稲作に15年取り組み、３年前からは不耕起栽培に切り替えました。自然農に興味ある人、regenerative farmingに興味ある方は沢山学べます。
