Basically, I make my meals at home, and although I don't eat out, I sometimes go to Japan restaurants for staff experience.
We take care to avoid generating as much garbage as possible.

In winter, when I have time, I go to the ski resort, enjoy snowboarding, and take care of my health.

The host is in har 30s and actively enjoys life.
It's busy during the busy season, but you always have free time to enjoy the best snow in Japan.
