大阪市の街中ですが農家のレストランをしており、食品の安全性を考えサスティナビリティをベースに可能な範囲でオーガニックな活動を行っています。レストランでは日本古来の発酵食品の糀を使った日本料理、精進料理、薬用料理などを提供しており、日本家庭料理、韓国の方が韓国料理教室を定期的に開催しています。 日本食に興味がある人、食に興味がある人に適していると思います。また農業や茶道に興味がある人なら体験も可能です。私の店を積極的に発信し広げるために、アイデアを一緒に考える人が適していると思います。

また和歌山県市内のゲストハウスの開業にも携わることになり、そちらに関しても一緒に楽しみながら準備を進めていけたらと思います。

京都には10年ほど住んでいたので、興味があれば一緒に、京都観光をしましょう。
Although it is in the city of Osaka City, we have a farmer's restaurant, and we are doing organic activities to the extent possible based on sustainability for food safety. The restaurant offers Japanese cuisine, vegetarian dishes, medicinal dishes, etc. using koji, an ancient fermented food from Japan, and Japanese home cooking and Korean people regularly hold Korean cooking classes. I think it's suitable for people who are interested in Japanese food and food. Also, if you are interested in agriculture and tea ceremony, you can also experience it. I think it's suitable for people who think together with ideas in order to actively disseminate and expand my store.

I will also be involved in opening a guesthouse in Wakayama Prefecture, so I hope we can have fun together and prepare for it.

日本食、薬膳料理、精進料理や日本古来の発酵食品の糀を使った自家製加工食品の加工提供。また定期的に日本家庭料理教室、、ストレッチ教室の開催をしています。日本食に興味のある方を希望します。また、最近はヘルシーなドリンク販売と併せ、日本人とWWOOFerとの英語や日本語での異文化コミュニケーションを体験出来る、ドリンクスタンドをスタートしました。接客が好きな方は大歓迎です。まだまだ準備不足でのスタートのため、店のレイアウトや案内などの作成を手伝ってくれる方を希望します。

農作業や茶道に興味のある方は体験可能です。店を盛り上げるアイディアを一緒に作っていきましょう。京都、和歌山、奈良、神戸などへの交通の便も便利です。日本滞在時間を楽しんでくださいね。お待ちしてます。
I have a farmhouse restaurant in Osaka City. In consideration of food safety, we are also doing organic activities based on sustainability.

We provide processing of homemade processed foods using Japanese food, medicinal dishes, Shojin cuisine and Japanese ancient fermented food koji. In addition, we regularly hold Japanese home cooking classes, Koreans, Korean cooking classes, and stretching classes. I would like someone who is interested in Japanese food. Those who are interested in agricultural work and tea ceremony can experience it.
