This is actually our second location.
We previously ran a small shop in Osaka City where we focused on food safety, organic practices, and sustainability—a place all about using quality ingredients.

We are excited about our new vegan restaurant, which we opened right next to a famous, historic shrine!
Our menu is completely plant-based and inspired by traditional Japanese cuisine, blending elements of:
• Japanese food (Washoku)
• Medicinal dishes (Yakuzen)
• Devotional cuisine (Shojin Ryori)
We also make our own processed foods using Kōji (malted rice), a core Japanese ferment.

We particularly welcome anyone interested in Japanese food!
• We regularly hold Japanese Home Cooking Classes and Stretching Sessions.
• You can also experience a Tea Ceremony here if you’re interested.

Our spot is super convenient for travel—easy to get to Kyoto, Wakayama, Nara, and Kobe!
Come enjoy your time in Japan. We can't wait to see you!

Let’s Collaborate!
We’re putting together new menus that include elements of Japanese sweets (wagashi) and need creative ideas for our shop layout and customer announcements.

Let's make this place fun! We'd be especially happy to work with anyone who is skilled at Social Media (SNS) promotion!

I have a farmhouse restaurant in Osaka City. In consideration of food safety, we are also doing organic activities based on sustainability.

We provide processing of homemade processed foods using Japanese food, medicinal dishes, Shojin cuisine and Japanese ancient fermented food koji. In addition, we regularly hold Japanese home cooking classes, and stretching classes. I would like someone who is interested in Japanese food. Those who are interested tea ceremony can experience it.

I also plan to open a vegetarian restaurant on the side of a famous shrine with a long history by the end of the year. It is a menu composition that incorporates elements of Japanese food and Japanese sweets. Let's come up with various ideas such as store layout and guidance, and have fun and liven it up!

Transportation to Kyoto, Wakayama, Nara, Kobe, etc. is also convenient. Please enjoy your time in Japan. I'm waiting for you.
