ファーストフード店にはいかない。ゴミはなるべく出さない。館内に浮世絵展示（リサイクル社会の先駆けの江戸時代について浮世絵から学んでいる）。タバコ吸わない。庭でハーブを栽培、且つガーデニングしている。自然療法の整体・リンパドレナージュの施術をしている。人工添加物の無い調味料、食材を極力使用している（醤油、みそ、海塩、農薬不使用米　等）。
