We are looking for someone who is looking to absorb themselves in what it takes to create new sustainable business models, to improve systems and explore new ideas and ventures. Previously we have used WWOOF for short term candidates, and feel that ultimately this style has not fit our goals. We are therefore changing our approach and looking for a candidate who is looking for a long term opportunity to work alongside an established business that has resources including land and starting stock of animals, to further establish and develop the land and animal flocks to establish a sustainable and ethical farming enterprise. The opportunity will allow someone to be introduced to many ideas and practices, and give them a risk-free entry into what it takes to start farming. By proxy, you will also be introduced to our other ventures where you can learn different revenue potential and ways to use the products that are farmed. We are looking to establish a long-term relationship with someone that ultimately could lead into a business partnership. Basically we can offer all the advice, support, facilities and tools in return for someones time and enthusiasm that will see a fruitful business flourish and expand over the years.

To be blunt, if your main intention of WWOOFing is just for the instagram experience, sightseeing and to travel Japan on a budget, we are not the venue for you.
