京都府北部、舞鶴市の里山で、農家民宿、発酵、狩猟、ジビエ食肉製造、ジビエ加工品を軸にした農的暮しをしています。
農的暮し、食、狩猟に関心のある方は、刺激になるかもしれません。
・当方にご連絡いただく際は、当方に興味を持たれた点や、当方でウーフをしたい動機など、受け入れの判断に関わりますので、詳しくお伝えください。
・子供が8歳♂が居ますので、子供の世話が出来ない方は受け入れ不可です。
・ウーファーは、好奇心と協調性、積極性と日常会話レベルの日本語能力が無ければ受け入れ不可です。
・獣仕事では、生きている野生獣を殺し、解体処理、精肉します。当然血も流れます。そういったことを積極的に見てみたい、携りたいという意思が無ければしんどいかとも思いますし、そういった工程をあえてウーファーに見せたい、という考えは自分達は持ち合わせていないので、積極的な意思が無ければ見せるつもりもありません。このあたりのことは獣の命を奪う以上、センシティブな部分ですので、御了承ください。

In the Satoyama area of Maizuru City in northern Kyoto Prefecture, we live agricultural life centered on farm inn, fermentation, and hunting (manufacturing of gibier meat and processed gibier products).
