在来大豆や小豆の栽培、自然養鶏に興味がある方、またはその実践を見て体験してみたい方、大歓迎です!
大工仕事、整理整頓、お料理が得意な方、庭仕事やハーブ・野草の管理、卵拭きや豆の選別・袋詰め、力仕事が好きな方など、どれか一つでも当てはまる方をお待ちしています。
(もちろん、それ以外の方も歓迎します!)
滞在について
滞在期間は10日以上から受け入れます。
長期滞在も、試し滞在後に可能です!
注意事項
ご返信には最低2~3日かかります。余裕を持ってご連絡ください。
冬は関東地方北部のため少々寒く、夏は暑いですが、人はあたたかいです。(^^)
作業スケジュール(目安)
1月~2月:豆の選別、畑や田んぼの整備(1月は受け入れをお休みします)
3月~:畑や裏山の整備、鶏舎建設など
5月:畑と田んぼの準備、鶏舎建設準備
6月:豆の種まき
7月:豆の種まき、田んぼの除草作業
8月:田んぼの除草作業、豆の土寄せ・除草
10月:豆の収穫、稲刈り
11月~12月:稲の脱穀、豆の収穫・脱穀、ソバの収穫・脱穀、里芋の収穫と貯蔵
通年の活動
鶏や山羊のお世話
庭の手入れ
建屋や機械の修理
卵や豆の出荷・発送
毎月のマルシェへの参加
食事について
朝食:自炊
昼食:一緒に食べる(料理はみんなで交代で担当します。様々な地域や国の料理を学べる良い機会です!)
夕食:自炊
※自炊に必要な基本的な食材(お米、オーガニック野菜、鶏肉など)は提供します。

Would you like to live in Japan's Satoyama (traditional rural landscapes)?
We welcome anyone interested in cultivating traditional soybeans and adzuki beans or practicing free-range poultry farming.
If you are skilled in carpentry, organizing, or cooking, or if you enjoy gardening, managing herbs and wild plants, wiping eggs, sorting and packing beans, or doing physical work, we’d love to have you!
(Even if none of these apply, you are still welcome!)
About Your Stay
The minimum stay is 10 days.
Long-term stays are also possible after an initial trial stay.
Important Notes
It may take at least 2–3 days for us to respond. Please contact us in advance with some buffer time.
Winters can be a bit cold as we are in the northern Kanto region, and summers are hot, but the people are warm-hearted. 😊
Tentative Work Schedule
January–February: Bean sorting, field and paddy maintenance (No guests accepted in January)
March onward: Field and mountain maintenance, construction of poultry houses
May: Preparation of fields and paddies, preparation for poultry house construction
June: Bean planting
July: Bean planting, weeding in the rice paddies
August: Weeding in rice paddies, bean hilling and weeding
October: Bean harvesting, rice harvesting
November–December: Threshing rice, harvesting and threshing beans, harvesting and threshing buckwheat, harvesting and storing taro
Year-round Activities
Caring for chickens and goats
Garden maintenance
Repairing buildings and equipment
Shipping and dispatching eggs and beans
Participating in monthly markets
About Meals
Breakfast: Self-prepared
Lunch: Shared meal (Cooking duties rotate among everyone, giving you the chance to explore various cuisines from different regions and countries.)
