We have an organic attitude of sorts, but we do not go out of our way to be organic or alternative, rather, we do what suits us at the time
友人が育てた米、自分の畑からの野菜、手作りみそ、少量の肉や魚を使った食事です。生ごみは土に返しています。端境期や不作の場合には野菜を購入する場合があります。
Everyday we cook rice from our friend, vegetables from my farm, home made miso and small potion of meat and fish. Kitchen waste is put on the soil. When vegetables from the farm is not enough, we cook purchased one.

月曜日から土曜日まで毎日畑で少量多品目の野菜を育てています。農薬、化学肥料を使わない畑での作業は気持ちいいです。一緒に草を抜いたり、種をまいたり、畑で野菜を味見したりしませんか？　季節が合えば庭でタケノコ、梅、栗、柿、キウイなどが収穫できます。
私がトラクターで耕耘しているときに除草してもらうなど別の作業をお願いする場合があります。
I appreciate your support for my organic farm. I grow various vegetables from Monday to Saturday. Picking bamboo shoots, ume plums , chestnuts, persimmons and kiwi is available.
Sometimes we do different tasks. Fore example, woofer eradicate weeds during I plow the soil.
