自然豊かな地球再生の一つの地として「わのい湧水農園」を運営しています。
数キロ以内には20個以上の温泉の源泉や湧水の湧く源泉がある、水の町と言われる竹田市にあります。
地球環境を意識したシンプルな暮らしをしています。

広大な敷地内には朝陽の見える丘があり、早起きし日の出を待ち、朝陽を見ることから朝を始めることができます。

また、ホストは車で日本一の炭酸泉として知られる長湯温泉（じゃらん2020秘湯1位）に車で行っていて、ゲストも一緒に行くことになります。
また、湧水も毎日汲んでいます。

木を切り、丸太で増築、改築しています。
別棟の個室と炊事場もあります。

作業の内容は多岐にわたりますが、
田んぼ、畑、原木しいたけ、果樹のお手入れなどを手伝っていただくことが多いかと思います。

コンポストトイレや太陽光発電、野外炊事場を作りました。
冬は薪ストーブで暖まります。

お米や味噌など自家製も多いです。買い物はなるべくオーガニックな物を選んでいます。
週に1度、ヨガ道場に通っています。
モバイルWIFIルーターで動画を無制限に見ることが出来ます。
スパイスカレーのご飯が人気で、レシピを覚えて買えるゲストがいます。

オーストラリアのPermaculture teacherやEco village「Crystal Water」で学んだことを実践したいと思っています。

「食べられる森」づくりを進めている途中です。
