田んぼや畑は現在使えるところと開拓中のところがあります。
荒れている竹林や雑木林、果樹の手入れがあります。
シェアハウス、ゲストハウス、パン屋カフェなどの準備もしています。
いろいろな作業がありますが、時期によって作業は限られてきます。
手作りで作りあげていくのを一緒に楽しくやっていただけたらと思っています。
ただ、成田に近いので、入国後すぐにいけるということが主な理由として来られる方が多いように感じています。ちゃんとオーガニックな農業や自給的暮らし、農地の開拓などを経験したい方に来てほしいと願っています。
また、私たちはワクチンを接種しておりません。
ワクチン接種してない方を歓迎します。
2024年以降のワクチン接種されている方の受け入れはしません。
レプリコンワクチンについては本人が打っていなくても、家族が打っている人でも受け入れしません。

稲刈り、大豆の収穫、竹林の整備などがあります。
開拓や自給農、自然農に興味ある方、日本語で会話できる方、体力があり、丁寧に作業できる方に来てほしいと思っています。
We are cultivating rice paddies starting from seedling production. There are also areas for development. In the fields, we are making beds, preparing the soil, and building fences to protect against animal damage. We are also managing bamboo groves. We are also working on building a café and a share house. We would like people interested in development, self-sufficient farming, and natural farming, who can communicate in Japanese, have physical strength, and can work carefully to come.
In summer, cutting grass is the main focus, but I believe there are various methods and meanings to it, making it quite deep. Summer in Chiba is really hot, so it might be difficult for people coming from cooler countries. However, I try to manage it without overdoing it, working about 4 hours a day with breaks.
