フィリピン文化・ゲストハウス・シェアスペース・オルタナティブスクールのお仕事に興味のある方を募集しています。平日は、ゲストハウス・シェアスペース、週末は、農作業のお手伝いしてもらっています。5月〜6月は、田植え・野菜の植え付け。7~8月は野菜の収穫出荷の仕事があります！

主な農作業の内容
1〜2月：溝掘り・農地改良
3~4月：苗づくり
5~6月：野菜・パパイヤの植え付け・田植え
7~8月：草刈り・夏野菜の収穫・出荷
9~10月：稲刈り
11~12月：パパイヤの収穫・出荷

＊私たちは、オルタナティブスクールの開設に向けて準備を進めています。

私たちは、三重県のど真ん中で、農業体験とフィリピン料理の体験ができるゲストハウスを運営しています。夫はフィリピン人で、家の中では、英語・イロンゴ語・日本語を織り混ぜて会話しています。

私は、大学院修了後、環境NGOに就職し、フィリピンで植林活動のコーディネーターをしていました。現地活動をしているときに知り合った夫と結婚し、９年間住んでいたフィリピンから実家の三重県に戻り、少子高齢化する地域を活性化したいと、狩猟・農業・農泊に取り組み始めました。

コロナ禍でゲストハウスの宿泊客が減少する中、農業部門に力を入れようと2020年4月よりWWOOFのホストを始めました。おかげさまで、昨年は、田んぼを４反、畑を３反耕すことができました。今年は、地域の耕作放棄地を活用するため、田んぼが1丁に増えました。

さらに、コロナ禍で公民館など公的な集会施設の使用が制限される中、地域の古い役場を買取り、民間の貸しスペース＆コワーキングスペースなど、地域活性化の拠点として2021年4月にオープンさせ、健康・文化・衣食住などに関するイベントを開催しています。オンライン授業を受けながら、開いた時間にこちらの活動をサポートしてくださる方も大歓迎です。

私たちには、2人の子供がいて、二人ともフルタイムで働きながら、農業・ゲストハウス・貸しスペースの運営・オルタナティブスクールの開校サポートなどに取り組んでいます。そのため、家族の一員となって、子育てや地域活動に参加してくださるWWOOFER、大歓迎です。

7歳と4歳の子供がいますので、喫煙者の方はご遠慮ください。

＊ホストは、様々な仕事をかけもちしています。仕事の方を優先させていますので、空いた時間は自分で考えてお手伝いできる方を募集しています。

Our place is 5min walk from SakakibaraOnsenguchi station of Kintetsu Osaka line. You can go day trip to Nagoya, Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, and Ise.

We are welcome everyone who is interested in our life style. We need your hands to pursue our dream on making our village international. You can support us by helping farming, house keeping and taking care of my children. It would be nice if you could promote our guest house and our village to your family and friends in your country...

Since we have small children, we would like to have child friendly and non-smoking WWOOFERs.

I may not have enough time to keep attention to you all the time. Those who are self independent and can find things to do for helping us would be appreciated.
