イタリア人シェフが本格イタリアンフルコースをご提供する、古民家ゲストハウス兼カフェをする傍ら、ヤギを飼育し100％ヤギミルクでヤギチーズを製造、和歌山ならではの梅の栽培、その他ワイン用ブドウ他果樹・野菜の栽培とその農産物の加工など、多岐に渡って家族経営で行っています。古民家を大切にし、現在もDIY作業で色々な事に挑戦しています。
We run an old Japanese house guest house with Italian food, producing goat cheese with our lovely goats. We have also Ume (plum) farm, vines, and other vegetables. We are still working on reforming.

We have an organic attitude of sorts, but we do not go out of our way to be organic or alternative, rather, we do what suits us at the time
冷凍食品・市販の出来合いの食品などは使わず、可能な限り自分たちで栽培した野菜・家で取れた卵などを使った食事に心がけています。テレビ・ゲームなどはほぼ使いません。タバコも吸いません。自分たちで可能な限り、リフォームや、物のリサイクルに取り組んでいます。
We are trying to avoid the frozen food, fast food, just ready food and eating vegitables and eggs from our garden. We don't smoke, we don't watch TV a lot. We do the things by ourselves as much as we can such as house rebuilding, preparing etc.

We are happy to welcome people to stay with us , share our life routine . In this particularly season , we urgent need help in goats`s milking, farming , DIY reforming old kominka and run our guest house.
