We have an organic attitude of sorts, but we do not go out of our way to be organic or alternative, rather, we do what suits us at the time
自家栽培の野菜を中心にした食生活をしています。

冬期間、約20頭のヒツジの飼育委託を受けていて、そこから出る敷料堆肥ともみ殻・米ぬか・炭粉をくわえたたい肥をメインに肥料設計している。

米・トマト栽培は、幼苗時の農薬散布のみが原則。

カボチャ・豆類は無農薬
Ｉ am eating a lot of vegetables of my own cultivation.

During the winter period, we have received about 20 sheep breeding consignment, and litter compost coming out there, mainly fertilizer designed with compost rice husk, rice bran, and charcoal powder.

In rice / tomato cultivation, it is in principle only spraying pesticides at the time of seedling.

Pumpkin / legumes are organic

We do not drink much. If WWOOFers want to drink, they can bring their own drink but it has to be a little amount and of course it must not interfere with WWOOFing

We sell our own vegetables and rice at the direct sales place.
