沖縄の小さな離島・久米島で、日本在来馬であるヨナグニウマを中心とした馬の観光牧場をしています。環境に負荷をかけることなく、かつての馬がいる暮らし、馬を中心とした動物がいる暮らしをすることで持続可能な循環型の暮らしを目指しています。観光のお客様に在来馬と島の素晴らしさを伝え、馬との時間を楽しんでいただくこと。島の子供たちに馬とのふれあいや学びの場を提供することを心がけています。島内の遊休地や耕作放棄地を利用して馬を群れで放牧管理しており、転々と移動するという珍しい飼育スタイルで馬のストレスを減らし、人も馬も幸せに暮らせる形を考えています
