Thanks for WWOOF, we are getting many requests. Our house is filled quickly, so please send us a message early!

The tradition of making Washi paper and its raw materials has been declining due to an aging farming population and a lack of successors. Those who are interested in traditional crafts and talking to old people/kids, feel free to contact us.

We appreciate if you could stay more than a week so you can learn to make paper from scratch.

When you send us a message, please answer some questions below.

1, You will be staying at a house next to the host and you need to share a kitchen, shower and the living room with other guests/WWOOfers. Are you okay with sharing?
2, We provide food and you need to cook by yourself. Can you prepare food by yourself?
3, Please tell me briefly about why you are interested in coming to us.
Thank you
