As a farmer, I grow mainly vegetables, and I make a living by selling them. Some things I grow currently include togarashi peppers, corn, tomatoes, and mushrooms, but I am constantly trying out new things and grow various types of fruits as well. My field is about 0.8 acres. There are many problems, such as damages caused by boars and deer, but my main focus is on organically creating good soil, which in turn produces better vegetables and fruit.

Twelve years ago, I found an old traditional house that had been abandoned for years, and I decided to renovate it. After the renovation, I started to live there with my family.
I had always wanted to live in a place in the mountains by running water, and this village was the perfect fit, nestled between mountains with a running stream right by the home.
I have gained precious experience from traveling abroad for three years as a backpacker. Many people helped me, so now it is my time to give back to someone.

I’m looking forward to working with you!

WE ARE IN URGENT NEED OF WWOOFers!
We are full until late November. WWOOFers will be accepted from November 27th. Farm work involves harvesting and shipping autumn vegetables. This includes cutting down trees and building chicken coops.
