私たちは、岩手県の太平洋に面した三陸海岸に位置する自然豊かな地域で暮らしています。山・川・海（リアス式海岸）に囲まれ、四季の変化を身近に感じながら、自然と深くつながることができる場所です。ここでは、畑や田んぼを営みながら、再生可能エネルギーの活用やエコハウスづくり、小さなカフェの準備などを通して、自給をベースとした暮らしを実践しています。まだ発展途中のプロジェクトであり、そのプロセスを一緒に楽しみ、形にしていく仲間を探しています。
参加していただく主な内容：
・農作業（田んぼ・畑）
・林業（里山の整備）
・DIYや建築（エコハウス、タイニーハウスなど）
・カフェの制作

9月5日〜9月15日と10月8日から14日までの間で数日間お手伝いできる方を大至急募集しています。
今回は限られた短期間を募集しますが9月以降長期滞在をご希望の場合は、まず短期間のお試し期間を設け、その後お互いに合うかどうかを確認してから延長を相談します。長期滞在の場合は、トレッキングやシーカヤック、地域の文化に触れる機会など、自然や暮らしをより深く体験することも可能です。

Would you like to experience a simple and sustainable lifestyle in rural Japan?
We live in a nature-rich area along the Sanriku Coast on the Pacific Ocean side of Iwate Prefecture. Surrounded by mountains, rivers, and the ocean (ria coastline), this is a place where you can feel the changing seasons up close and connect deeply with nature. Here, we practice a self-sufficient lifestyle by growing rice and vegetables, using renewable energy, building eco-houses, and preparing to open a small café. Our project is still developing, and we are looking for people who can enjoy this process and help us bring it to life.
Main activities during your stay:
Farming (rice fields and vegetable gardens)
Forestry (maintaining the satoyama)
DIY and building projects (eco-houses, tiny houses, etc.)
Café creation
We Welcome People Who...
・Enjoy working with their hands.
・Love cooking and value good food.
・Are interested in nature and sustainable living.
・Enjoy a variety of tasks and can adapt flexibly.
・Want to experience authentic rural life in Japan.
Who We're Looking For:
・Around 25 years of age or older.
・Experienced with WWOOF (preferred, but not essential).
・Able to speak at least a little Japanese, or motivated to learn.
・Willing to share a recent profile photo with their application.
We are looking for people who enjoy learning, sharing, and becoming part of our small community, even for a short stay.
URGENT: We are looking for someone to help us for a few days!
We are urgently looking for someone who can help us for a few days during either of the following periods:

This time, I am looking for volunteers only for this short period.
However, if you are interested in staying with us for a longer period from September onward, we usually begin with a short trial stay. After that, we can discuss extending your stay if we both feel it is a good fit.
For long-term volunteers, there will also be opportunities to experience much more than farm work, including trekking, sea kayaking, and experiencing the local culture and way of life. I hope you can enjoy the nature, community, and simple rural lifestyle here in northeastern Japan.
