We have an organic attitude of sorts, but we do not go out of our way to be organic or alternative, rather, we do what suits us at the time
・自給できるものは自給自足をめざす
・野菜や穀類は（もやし、一部のキノコを除く）自給し、購入しない
・肉や魚介類（イノシシ肉を除く）は自給が難しいので購入する
・農産加工もできる範囲でおこなう（味噌、豆腐、こんにゃく、モチなど）

・有機栽培できる農作物は有機栽培とするが、有機栽培が困難な作物は無理して有機栽培せず、慣行栽培で作っている。ただし、栽培方法を勉強して徐々に有機栽培する作物の品目数を増やしている。
・消費者に販売しているものと同じものを食べる

I live in a mountain village where you can watch great scenery every day. In order to protect villages in the crisis of extinction due to depopulation and aging, I would like to recommend I turns (migrants), U turns.
It is a perfect location condition to do organic agriculture outstanding sunshine.

WE ARE ACCEPTING WWOOFers
　　コロナ禍で約２年間、受け入れを休止してきましたが、感染対策に留意して受入れを再開します。
　私たちの農園では野菜、花き、水稲、雑穀等色々な作物を栽培しています。有機農業(JAS認定)は経営の３割の面積(約35a)で稲大豆野菜で取り組んでいます。
JR岡山駅から津山線に乗り換えて最寄りの駅から５㎞あります。周囲には家が少なく静かで、景色と日当たりの良さが自慢です。
各月の主な作業
１月　棚田管理(草の処理)、木や竹の伐採、ほ場の土作り、収穫(ネギ・里芋・椎茸)、大豆選粒
２月　土作り、椎茸植菌、収穫(ネギ・椎茸)、大豆選粒
３月　味噌作り、野菜・花の育苗
４月　植付(里芋、サツマイモほか）、収穫（ワラビ、大根、アスパラガス)、山菜狩り大会
５月　植付(稲、花、ナス、ネギ、カボチャ、オクラ、ほか）、収穫(大根ほか)
６月　植付(大豆ほか)、栽培管理、草取り、収穫（レタス、ズッキーニほか）
７月　植付(キュウリ)、収穫(花、ナスほか野菜）
８月　植付(そば、大根ほか）、収穫(キク、ユリ、ナス、スイートコーン・・・)、草刈り、夏祭り
９月　収穫(稲、キク、ユリ、ナス、キュウリ、オクラ、ズッキーニ・・・)、草刈り
10月　収穫(花、ナス、里芋、サツマイモ、大豆)、秋の消費者交流会、草刈り
11月　収穫(ネギ、サツマイモ、里芋、大豆)、ほ場の片付け
12月　もちつき、収穫(ネギ、サツマイモ、里芋)
年間　イノシシ捕獲(解体もやります)、農産物直売所出荷、消費者直販、農産加工(味噌、こんにゃく、乾燥野菜・・・)
・農繁期（５月下旬、８月上中旬、９月中下旬）は多忙で私どもは１日中めいっぱい働くので、十分な対応が難しいですが、一日中働く農家の姿を見るのも良いかもしれません。年間を通じて直売所や消費者直売で様々な農産物を販売しているので色々な作業が体験できると思います。
・過疎高齢化が進んだ集落ですが、近年は移住者が増えており、一緒に有機農業に取り組む仲間もいます。
Due to COVID-19, we have suspended acceptance for about two years, but we will resume acceptance while paying attention to infection control.
