自然豊かな場所で、自分らしくオーガニック的な行き方を望んで、今の場所に移り住みました。自然豊かな標高９００mの九州の中央山脈九重連山のふもと、飯田高原でオーガニックキッチン•Cafeをやっています。３００坪の庭を小さな森にし、緑に囲まれたすてきな空間です。美味しく安全な食を提供し、人の手によってていねいに作られた物や生産者を応援していきたいと考えています。
店で使用販売している野菜、お米等を作っている有機農家の方たちとの関係をとても大切にしています。

オーガニック料理やオーガニックレストラン•天然酵母パン•ナチュラルスイーツ等に、興味があり、作ってみたい方はぜひ一緒にやってみませんか。自家栽培はやっていませんが、店の裏にハーブ園を作っています。今、初めたばかりです。自分の思いえがいた通りの緑豊かなハーブの森にしたいと考えています。一緒に作ってみませんか。

自然が豊かで、標高が高いので夏場でもとても涼しく、クーラーや扇風機も必要ありません。とても快適です。山の動物たちや虫たちと共存しながら、自然の中で、お店に来られるお客様や有機農家の方たちのお話を楽しんで下さい。
