We have an organic attitude of sorts, but we do not go out of our way to be organic or alternative, rather, we do what suits us at the time
農場産の有機米と小豆を使った、発芽玄米食が中心の食生活です。味噌、醤油などの調味料や酒類も、出来るかぎり自家生産しています。電気は夜間を除き、太陽光でまかなってます。
our main meal is sprouted brown rice with red beans, grown in our field. vegetables are also home grown. miso, soy sauce, alcohol, also mostly home made. electricity is supplied by solar power exept for night time.
