小麦、馬鈴薯、ビートの基本3品目と合わせ玉ねぎ、ニンジン、かぼちゃ等の野菜を養鶏家から分けて頂く堆肥を使い作付けしています。
春は山菜を農場内からとり、家庭菜園からの野菜と魚中心の献立を毎食手作りして頂いています。
