私たちは「上青野営農組合」として、小規模農家がグループを組んで減農薬農産物の生産・農家民泊（ファームステイ）の受け入れをしています。希望者が多い場合、三田市上青野集落の農家さんのファミリーに分かれてのファームステイとなります。「上青野営農組合」については、フェイスブックページもありますので、どのような活動をしているのかなどを情報発信しています。

兵庫県三田市の山間にある農場です。米2ヘクタール、野菜50アールの面積で、ナス・パプリカ・かぼちゃなど20種類程度の露地野菜を生産し、ファーマーズマーケットに出荷しています。
生産・販売・加工まで一貫して取り組んでおり、食品乾燥機を導入したフリーズドライ野菜も製造しています。
地域を巻き込んだ新しい特産品作りにも力をいれています。夏は、オーナーの母校である兵庫県立大学大学院から研修生が滞在していることがあります。不定期ですが、関西学院大学、神戸大学等の学生が農業と地域づくりを学ぶために滞在しています。

オーナーは、現在32歳。JA全農グループ・大手コンサルタント会社勤務後、26歳で脱サラし、現在農業は6年目です。
3年間で約200名以上の農業体験を受け入れ、毎日新聞社から毎日農業記録賞を受賞、テレビなどのメディアなどにも取り上げていただいており、大学の非常勤講師のほか、中小企業庁登録専門家・農林水産省中央六次産業化プランナーなど、日本政府の専門家を兼任（非常勤）しています。
将来就農を目指している人や、食や農に関わりたいへの相談やアドバイスにも応じます。
大阪駅から在来線で45分、最寄り駅（JR新三田駅）から車で10分ほどの場所にあります。神戸・大阪・京都の観光地からも1時間圏内となっており、休日を楽しく過ごせると思います。
また、原則として日本語が話せる方のみを受け入れます。
It is a farm in mountainous region of Mita city, Hyogo prefecture. With 2 hectares of rice and 50 ares of vegetables,
we produce about 20 types of open vegetables including eggplant, paprika, pumpkin and shipped to Farmers' Market.
We are constantly working on production, sales and processing, and we also manufacture freeze-dried vegetables with
food dryers. We are also putting effort into making new special products involving the area.
Owner is now 30 years old. JA Group · After working as a major consultancy company, I was dismissed at the age of 26,
and now agriculture is my 4th year.
We will respond to consultation and advice to people who are aiming for farming in the future and want to get involved in
food and agriculture.
It is 45 minutes by train line from Osaka station and 10 minutes by car from the nearest station.
It is within one hour from sightseeing spots in Kobe, Osaka and Kyoto.
I think that I can spend my holiday happily. Also, we accept only those who can speak Japanese in principle.

既存のニンニク農園(黒にんにく原料の生産)に加えて観光果樹園（イチジク、栗）オープンに向けての準備を進めています。
We are preparing for the opening of the touristic orchard (fig, chestnut) in addition to the existing garlic plantation (production of black garlic raw material).
