農家民泊、レストランをやっています。古民家でマクロビオティックに近い料理をしています。かまどでご飯を炊き、トーフ、こんにゃく、ミソ、正油も手作りです。黒米、赤米、コシヒカリをアイガモ農法で作っています。正月の断食会、いねかり、掛け干し、また1万個の干し柿作りなど年中色々なことをしています。たくさん、たくさんの方に来ていただきたいと思っています。待っています。

私の農場では合鴨農法で田んぼを作っていますが、9月から稲刈りが始まります。稲刈りは昔ながらの方法で、稲を束ねて竹竿にかけて、天日干しを行います。とても手が入る作業です。自然農に興味のあるかた、山野草料理に興味のあるかた、勉強しに手伝いに来てください。特に長期で滞在してくれる方、大歓迎です。おわては、築243年の古民家で、農業のかたわら、農家レストランをやっています。料理はマクロビオティックに近い料理を出します。仕事後は、毎日近くの温泉に入って、1日の疲れを癒します。田舎暮らしに興味のある方、1度来てみませんか?
