私の農場では合鴨農法で田んぼを作っています。味噌付きやあられつきをします。4月から苗代（田植え）の準備が始まります。山菜を採りに行ったりします。自然農に興味のあるかた、山野草料理に興味のあるかた、勉強しに手伝いに来てください。特に長期で滞在してくれる方、大歓迎です。おわては、築243年の古民家で、農業のかたわら、農家レストランをやっています。料理はマクロビオティックに近い料理を出します。仕事後は、毎日近くの温泉に入って、1日の疲れを癒します。田舎暮らしに興味のある方、1度来てみませんか？
