野菜･米･レンコン・卵・お茶・果樹など、少しづついろいろ作っています。現在、棚田でのお米が中心です。
麹や味噌、醤油、梅干し、寒餅、お茶、柿酢、柿渋
など身の回りのものの加工も少しずつやってみています。
すぐ近くの地域のお店(飲食店)も数年やっていましたが、
地域作りや学び、に移行中。
we raise vegetable, rice, lotus root, chicken, tea, Japanese citrus. 　
Rice at paddy terrace is the main for those years.
we make Kouji, Miso, soy souse, Mirin, Ume-boshi, vinegar, tea and so on for ourself.
we also did a small local cafe once near by.
but now we want to sift our effort to grow with this community somehow.

We have an organic attitude of sorts, but we do not go out of our way to be organic or alternative, rather, we do what suits us at the time

いろんなものが、意外と無くても快適だったり、あるものから作れたり、実は修理できて使いつづけられたり、
一つ一つのそういう発見を楽しんでいます。
No TV,　air conditioning, hair drier, chemical scope in our house.
We wish to live with what we can make, what we can get around, and what our friends are making as much as possible.
And That is same for food.
Therefore We are happy without dairy,coffee, chocolates and so on.

私たちは納屋の2階を改装して住んでいます。
谷を降りたら車で数分で海に着きますが、
ここは石垣の段々や坂が多く、車で入れない家もある山手の土地です。
周りは80,90代のおじいちゃん、おばあちゃんがほとんど。
九州にしては冬寒く、夏涼しいです。

今年から滞在の受け入れは子どもとの関りに興味を持っていただける方に限りたいと思っているのでよろしくご検討ください。

私たちの家から数メートルおりたところに田畑があるのですが、
寝泊まりしていただくのは田畑の入り口・道脇にある建物です。
床張りの一部屋で、普段は作業中のお茶休憩や田植えの時のお昼ごはんなどで使っています。
夏は風が通って１番涼しい場所です。
ウーファーさんと一緒に、より快適な滞在部屋になるようにしていけたら、と思っています。

まだトイレがないのでご不便をおかけするのではと思います。

うちの中まで入らなくても、外トイレもあります。
our wwoofer house is standing at our vegi and rice field which is by the main road of this valley.
the wwoofer house has one room with enough space and electricity but no toilet prepared yet.
please come up to our house for toilet which is about 20 meters away from the wwoofer accommodation.

  • Normally WWOOFers fix breakfast for themselves using ingredients we give them. We have lunch and dinner together

朝食はウーファーさんのお部屋で好きな時に食べていただいています。
昼と夜は私達の台所でたべましょう。
ウチで供給できるもの（野菜と米中心）で無駄にならないように､というシンプルな料理です。
買ってこなければない材料は限られていますが（ほぼ無い、と思っていただいた方がいいのかもしれません）

畜産品一般(肉・乳製品等)、添加物、糖類は基本的にとっていません。
普段の食事はベジタリアンに近いです。
私にとってはこれが一番心地いい、最高の食料状況なのですが、
食事は毎日のことなので
こういうスタイルを楽しんでくださる方を希望します。

we usually don't want any chemical, sugar and ones from animal farming including dairy in our kitchen.

2011年、移住してこの農園を始めました。

田畑は家の周りにほぼかたまってありますが、棚田で１５枚にわかれています。
そのうち何枚かでいろんな野菜、１枚でレンコン、あとはお米をつくっています。
日本みつばち、お茶、しいたけ、果樹も多少。

農薬、化学肥料はゼロです。
自家平飼養鶏の鶏糞を発酵させて利用することもあります。数年に一回程度ですが。
草や落ち葉、もみ殻燻炭など、身近に地域にあるものでやっていきたいと思っています。
不耕起、自家採種にできるところから取り組んでいます。

果樹ももっと植えてみたいし、山にも行ってみなきゃだし、
いろいろ模索しながら少しずつ豊かにしていきたいと思っています。
来てくださる方それぞれが持って来てくれるパソナリティーや経験にも学んでいきたいです。

夫は30代で脱サラして母方の祖父母の田畑があるここ豊前市に引っ越してきました。
お米、野菜、動物、地域ごとを主に担当。

妻は20代の時、福岡県糸島市二丈で古い農家を借りて田畑をしていました。
一人でしたが、興味のある人やウーファーさんも来てくれていました。
彼の就農と同時に糸島を引き払い、
ここでは主に果樹やお茶、加工担当です。

2人とも元は住宅地育ち。
勤め中にゆっくり計画・準備して祖父母の土地で就農した夫と、
とにかく出会ったところに飛び込んで縁のない土地で暮らしてみてた妻、
それぞれの経験から、田舎暮らしに惹かれている方の何かご参考になれることがあればうれしいです。

田舎に住みだして驚くこと、感動することが本当にたくさんありました。
人と自然の恵みの豊かさに私たちだけでは贅沢すぎるように感じるので、
こんな暮らしもあることを一緒に楽しめたらと思っています。

最近あらためて、人とやっていくことのおもしろさも感じています。
とても高齢化している集落なので、移住希望の方がおられれば協力します。

my husband had been working for a company in Tokyo before.
he has started this farm at his grand parents' home on 2011.

i have been an independent organic farmer for 10 years before here.
and did host for wwoofer.

we are on the way of learning about farming, life style in countryside ,how we can live with what the land gives us,
communication and to live with others.

9月中旬から10月にかけて稲刈り、柿や栗、ピーナッツなど秋の恵み、
11月は芋類や蓮根の収穫も始まります。
季節のお野菜の手入れや収穫は随時。

稲刈りと餅つき(12月)の時期に来てくださる方は特に大歓迎です。


年間を通して季節の露路野菜色々、お米、お茶、果樹、基本調味料など作っています。
薪割りや苦手でない方は犬の散歩など含め、毎日いろいろな作業があります。
地域の事や対話の事など、もぼちぼち楽しんでいます。
一緒に体を動かし楽しんでくださる方
子ども（10才、13才男子）とコミュニケーション楽しめる方、
お待ちしています。

❀食事の準備をお願いすることがあります。
去年からガスをやめて七輪やカマド調理です。
普段台所をされていない方、
家事がお好きでない方は

There will be many different kind of tasks every day.
Harvesting, weeding, taking care vegetables, chopping wood, cooking, take our dog for a walk and so on.

September to October are time of rice harvest and other autumn harvest such as Kaki、peanuts, Shiitake and others.
In November, harvest potatoes, sweet potatoes, and also beginning of harvest lotus roots.
Whole through those months , take care for winter vegetables.

You are very welcome if you can come for 2 to 3 weeks or longer for rice harvest season and in December for Mochi-tsuki (pounding traditional rice-cake).
