Message To WWOOFers In Japanese

　１２年前に新規就農しました。はじめは切花を主に生産していましたが、もともと食べることに興味が強かったのと、妻の好みもあり、大豆や野菜の生産も始めました。できれば食べる物には農薬を使いたくないのですが、労力その他の兼ね合いから、全体の４割くらいを有機農業で生産しています。現在は雪下にんじん、アスパラガス、大豆で有機農業をしています。
　とくに大豆には思い入れが強く、豆腐、味噌は妻が手作りしています。
　雪がことのほか多く降る地域で、豪雪の時は4ｍ積もりました。普段の年も2,3ｍは積もります。
