●私たちは45年ほど前からこの農場で有機農業を行っています。

●農場には複数のスタッフがおり、鶏、豚、畑、田んぼなどの生産活動と、イベント企画や事務、会計など、それぞれの役割をもって仕事をしています。ウーファーは時期に合わせた農作業に入ってお手伝いをしてもらう事になります。農作業はある面では心身開放的であり、ある面では単調で退屈です。しかしその奥には、現代社会の矛盾や、自分自身がこれからどう生きていくのかという問いへのヒント、そして深い豊穣の世界が広がっています。ぜひ多くのものをこの農場で得てください。

●また、スタッフは農場で共同生活を行っています。皆、愉快なキャラクターで面白いテーマを持っています。この農場でいろんなウーファーと一緒に仕事をしたりおしゃべり出来る事を楽しみにしています。

●農場設立当時の組織デザインで、この農場には特定の持ち主がいません。農場は農産物の生産現場でありながら公共性を持った場所であると言えます。多くのウーファーはこの農場の良さとして居心地の良さをあげます。仕事ではスタッフと共にしっかり学び、仕事以外の部分(食事作り、食事の時間、お風呂、夜の時間など)では特に誰かに気を使うことなく自分なりにすごせるのが良い点だと思います。

●農場に来て多くの事を得てもらえればと思います。3日以内の受け入れは申し訳ありませんがお断りさせていただいております。作業の都合で返事が遅くなる事があります。ご了承ください。
*「滞在可能期間」にチェックしている事ですが、1週間以上の長期滞在希望の場合は、初めの1週間を目処に、その後も継続するかどうかを判断する事にしています。性格が合わなかったり、滞在を続けるのに難しい事が発生した場合は滞在を中止していただきますのでご了承ください。それはウーファー側にも同じように与えられた権利です。お互いに無理をせず、有意義なウーフをしましょう。

鶏、豚、猫などの動物たちと、個性豊かなスタッフや研修生、地域の人たちと共に、農的な暮らしを体験してみませんか?
大学生、卒業生、旅人、フリーター、中高年、退職者、男女問わず募集。

野菜や畜産の技術だけでなく、加工品や調味料を作ったり、小麦を育てて製粉してパンを作ったり、綿を育てて糸にしたり、粘土を掘って陶芸をしたり、木を伐って小屋を作ったり…、自分がやりたいと思えば、テーマはいたる所にあります。誰かが教えてくれる訳ではありませんが(スタッフが知ってることは教えますが)、農作業の傍らで、自分の興味あることを深めていけるのも、この農場の魅力です。
また、取れたての野菜をふんだんに使って、夕方からじっくり調理し、みんなで大きなテーブルを囲っていただくご飯は何よりの喜びです。

農の本質は、自然との戯れ、遊びです。成果や生産性という考えから離れ、農的な世界にどっぷり浸かって、自分の暮らしを改めて見つめてみるきっかけに使ってください。
