機織り（裂き織）体験のできる農家民宿です。
農家民宿の食事は高野豆腐、きのこ、雑穀、薬膳料理が中心のオリジナルなものです。里子がいるため、日常は子ども中心の食事になっています。２０１３年１１月から猫が同居しています。家猫です。
夫は会社員であるため、農家民宿はほとんど一人でこなしています。夫は米を作り、薪を作っています。

ウーファーさんにお願いしたい主な仕事は①草取り、野菜作智など畑仕事
　②ガーデニング（重い石運び）③薪作り（チェンソーで木を伐採）（薪割機で薪を割る）④物置の修繕等　⑤断捨離（片づけ）の手伝い　⑥掃除
⑦食事作り　⑧古布の着物をほどく仕事　等です。

畑の野菜は自然農法を基盤にした育て方です。１度植えたら勝手に生えてくる野菜が得意です。
なるべく無駄のない暮らしをするため、特に保存食に力を入れています。
一時はマクロビオティックや雑穀に興味を持ちましたが、今は薬膳料理に関心があります。里山に住んでいるため、山菜やキノコが豊富に楽しめます。きのこマイスターの資格を持っています。
夫が高野豆腐の会社で働いていることもあり、目からうろこの高野豆腐の料理を研究しています。

蔵の２階に６畳ほどの和室があり、ウーファーさんの宿泊所になっています。トイレ・バスは母屋です。夏は快適ですが、冬はかなり寒いです。ストーブの使用が出来ます。

農家の大きな家の一部を「農家民宿」として営業しています。
伊那市の中心部から約１３ｋｍくらい（車で２０分）、高遠城址から約５ｋｍくらい 入った大変静かな山の中にあります。夜は星がきれいです。季節によって、野草・山菜・キノコ採り、ホタルや日本最小のとんぼ・八丁トンボの生息地も近くにあります 。都会からはなれて、自然の中で静かな時を過ごしています。
わたくしは、子育て、家事と機織り、そして春からは畑でいろいろな野菜を無農薬・有機肥料でつくっております。また、夫は会社員ですが、休みの日にはお米作り（無農薬・有機栽培ではありません）を、また１年を通して、薪にする木の伐採をしています。秋にはキノコ採りも夫の仕事です。時間のある時には木工品を作ったりしております。
田舎暮らしですが、我が家は３人家族で、仕事がこなせず、ウーファーさんの役割は大きいです。雑用が多いので、一人でも仕事が出来るウーファーさん、カップルで来てくれるウーファーさんは助かります。

家族は夫婦二人です。
農家民宿を営んでいます。
自然農とまでは言えませんが、かなりぐうたら農法をしています。
機織り、草木染、農的暮らしを楽しんでいます。
作業内容は畑の草取りや、ガーデニング、薪割、物置の修繕、片付け、コンポストトイレ作り、家の掃除、等です。
1週間くらいの滞在が希望です。

ここ数年移住者が増えています。移住希望の場合、移住者との交流、地域の見学などお手伝いします。
