米と平飼い有精卵、大豆と小麦を主に生産しております。
2009年より4年かけてハーフセルフビルドにて自宅と研修棟を建てました。
土壁、自然エネルギーをふんだんに取り入れた家です。
自然エネルギーをふんだんに利用したいと、薪ストーブ、炭炬燵、五右衛 門風呂、囲炉裏や真空管式太陽熱温水器、ニイミトレンチなどを設置。かまど やパン用の石窯も設置予定です。
家づくりについても学べます。
お米や養鶏だけでなく、農産加工にも力を入れています。
麹 や味噌、天然酵母の石窯パンを自分たちで作り、我が家の農産物で業者の方に依頼して、うどん(乾麺)、せんべい、ソーセージ、エゴマ油など今まで様々なものを加工してもらってきました。添加物なしの本当に美味しい豊かな加工品が食卓に並びます。これから も農産加工に力を入れていき、醤油や酢やみりん、納豆や燻製などにも挑戦していき たいと考えています。農家は何でも自給できそうです。
米や麦、大豆などありとあら ゆる作物を栽培し、多くの農産加工を手がけ、地域に密着した地に足の着いた、 生きがいややりがいのある有機農業を目指したい。

2019年には「有機農業という最高の仕事」という本を出版しました。いままでの実践や考えていることを書きました。よろしければ、ご覧になってください。

2019年に離婚を経験しましたが、2021年に再婚し、3人家族での新たな生活がスタートしました。

I built a training building and home by the half self build over a period of 4 years from 2009.
This is the house where japanese traditional mud walls, a natural energy.
You want to use lots of natural energy, and installed wood stove, charcoal kotatsu, Goemon bath, vacuum tube type solar water heater and hearth, and Niimi trench. Stone oven of bread and furnace installation is also planned.
I have been focusing not only rice and vegetables making, also in agricultural processing.
Really delicious rich processed products without additives are arranged in the table.
