古い閉鎖施設を、廃材やリサイクル品、自然素材などを使い手作りで改修した宿です。目の前の湖で繰り広げられる大自然の営みとともに、自然の一部となり過ごすことができます。自分達も自然散策が大好きで、野鳥や花など身近な自然を満喫して暮らしています。
宿の食事は地産地消のオーガニック料理。粉末調味料なども一切使用しない、体にやさしい手作りのスローフードを提供しています。有機農家との交流もできます。

We reuse a redundant building and refurbish with recyclable product and scrap wood.
Located inside of Abashiri Quasi-National Park and sit on lakeside which is wetland registered under the Ramsar Convention.
Meals with the freshest seafood caught locally in the Sea of Okhotsk and organic vegetables grown in Koshimizu.
