伊芸さんは約30年前まで沖縄の都市で働いていましたが、有機農園を始めるという夢を叶えるために大宜味の山間部に空き地を購入しました。彼の生きがいは、父親から学んだ伝統的な技術を使って農薬を使わずに野菜を育てることです。有機農業には多くの手が必要であり、それが私たちがあなたの助けを必要としている理由です！私たちは10年以上にわたりWWOOF参加者を受け入れています。私たちは英語は話せません。
日本語を学ぶ意欲があり、私たちの文化に敬意を持っていただけることをお願いしています。メッセージは日本語でお願いします。私たちは年配ですので、メッセージへの返信が遅くなることがありますのでご了承ください。

日常の作業は季節によって異なりますが、収穫作業、雑草取り、植え付け、DIYプロジェクトなどが含まれます。1日のお手伝いの時間は約6時間です。
農園で育てた野菜や肉を使用した美味しい伝統的な沖縄料理を提供します。なお、重要な点として、私たちの宿泊施設は質素な農家ですので、その点はご了承の上ご応募ください。私たちはつながりを大切にし、健康で充実した生活には多くを必要としないことを理解している方を求めています。あらゆる種類の昆虫と一緒に生活することになりますので、昆虫に慣れていることと、虫除けスプレーを持参されることを強くおすすめします。さらに、長袖と長ズボンの作業着、帽子、レインジャケットが必要です。作業用のブーツはいくつかありますが、サイズに限りがあるため、できればご自分のものを持参してください。

理想的には、WWOOF参加者には最低でも2週間以上滞在していただきたいと考えています。
