私たちの店は長野県伊那市、上新山という里山、標高1000mの場所にあります。そこで年間約30種類の野菜を作り、レストランで提供しています。また、鹿や猪、鳥などの猟で得た肉がメニューに上がる事もあります。
畑の肥料にはご近所の牛飼いから牛糞をわけてもらい、また家畜(ヤギ)や鶏の糞も使い、化学肥料や農薬は一切使いません。水は地下水を利用しているため、まろやかで美味しく、料理はもちろん、コーヒーや紅茶も格別です。
下水がないため、使った水は浄化槽を通して川に放流します。そのため、できるだけ川を汚さないように、洗剤は環境にやさしいものを使っています。
一年の約半分は薪ストーブで暖を取ります。薪は家の裏の林や近所の山から間伐材を頂いています。
コテージをリノベーションして、1日1組限定の体験型民宿も経営しています。
現在、キャンプ場を作っています。
WE ARE ACCEPTING WWOOFers
自家菜園で育てた野菜を使い、家族で山奥で予約制レストランと1組限定のコテージ、持続可能なキャンプ場を経営しています。
また野菜やキノコ、果物の加工品(乾物、ジャムなど)開発なども。

我が家は標高1000mの緑に囲まれた静かな山奥です。
畑の世話や薪作り、料理、セルフビルドや木工など、興味のある方と一緒に楽しみながら暮らしたいと思います。
自営されたい方、山での暮らしに興味のある方、大歓迎です。

10日間以上滞在できる方が希望ですが、自家用車で直接来られる方でしたら短期でも歓迎です。

現在、キャンプ場の増設に向けた作業もしています。
基本的には、10月下旬から3月は受け入れはお休みしています。
