日々の生活は有機野菜と米にこだわり、水も地下100ｍからの井戸水を使用して（アルカリのすばらしい水です）、健康な生活を大切に考えています。
魚は能登半島に豊富にとれる新鮮なものです。

2024.1.1の大地震の後、大変でした。影響で、帯状疱疹やアキレス腱の断裂もしてしまいました。
しかし、今はほぼ平常の生活に戻りつつあります。返事が遅れることがあるかもしれませんが、ウーファーさんのお力をお待ちしています。

微生物を活かした、有機農業をしています。有機物が分解されて豊かな土壌を作るには時間が　かかります。健康に良い野菜が育ちます。糸状菌を活かした土つくりです。
牧場は小鳥の鳴き声がすばらしい。
