こんにちは！長野東部は青木村の自然栽培農家、㈱よしともです。青木村は美しい山々に囲まれた小さな村です。私たちはケールとヤーコン、小麦、米などを育てています。苗づくりは3月中旬に始まります。草の勢いよく伸びる6月～9月は農作業の繁忙期であり、WWOOFは大歓迎！その他野菜洗い、ヘルシーな加工食品の製造、各種イベントのお手伝いなどもしていただきます。

滞在先となる場所はわたしの会社の建物（実家です）で、ウーファーさんはそこで宿泊して自炊していただきます。私たちの自宅は「青木の森」と呼ばれる別荘地にあります。休日には温泉に行ったり、古い寺社仏閣を訪ねたり、トレッキングもできます。みなさんにお会いできることを楽しみにしています！
Hello! It’s Yoshitomo Co., Ltd., a farming company of Natural Cultivation in Aoki, Eastern Nagano. Aoki is a small village in surrounded by beautiful mountains. We grow kale, yacon, wheat and rice. We start seeding in the middle of March. June to September is the busiest due to weeding, so you’re always welcome! There’re some other works, for example, washing vegetables, making our healthy food products, holding organic farming events.

You can go trekking, visit old shrines and temples, enjoy onsen on your days off. We’re looking forward to seeing you!

こんにちは！長野東部は青木村の自然栽培農家、Yoshitomo（㈱よしとも）です。青木村は美しい山々に囲まれた小さな村です。私たちはケールとヤーコン、小麦、米などを自然栽培で育てています。滞在期間は8日間から3週間程度です。苗づくりは3月中旬に始まります。草の勢いよく伸びる6月～9月は農作業の繁忙期であり、WWOOFは大歓迎！その他野菜洗い、ヘルシーな加工食品の製造、各種イベントのお手伝いなどもしていただきます。

休日には温泉に行ったり、古い寺社仏閣を訪ねたり、トレッキングもできます。みなさんにお会いできることを楽しみにしています。
① The place of stay is not our house, but my husband's parents' house, which is about 15 minutes away by car.
②You have to prepare all meals, breakfast,lunch and dinner. We will prepare the necessary ingredients, or we will go to shopping together and prepare them.
