How long until I get my membership?

If you send your payment by credit card or PayPal, your membership will be activated immediately and you will be able to login to the members section of the website immediately. If you send your payment by a manual means such as bank transfer, Japan Post Office, etc., then once it has been received and cleared, it usually takes us about 2 working days to process the new membership, including activating your online access.

If you have sent your membership payment to us, thank you.  If you have not already done so, please be sure to send us an email via the Contact Form on our website, with details of your payment (your name, the email address you used in your application form, the means of payment you used, the date you sent your payment, the payer's name and email address if you sent your payment using another person's credit card or PayPal account), to make it easier for us to find your payment.

Payments sent via the Japan Post office 'Yubin Furikomi' system usually take up to 5 working days to reach us.

Payments sent to our Australian Bank account usually take about 5 working days.  Please see FAQ elsewhere for guidance about the fees that banks charge you to send your money, especially, that the full fee must arrive net in our bank account.

Payments sent to our Japannetbank bank account take about 3 working days to clear and reach us.

The WWOOF Japan office is closed on weekends and Japanese public holidays.
